In 1991, He wrote the Sr. President Bush, for which he received, from Mr. Raymond J. Uhalde, then, Administrator at the Office of Strategic Planning and Policy Development, a response letter about the viability of his proposed 70 billion plan to create permanent jobs throughout every community in the United States, entitled, "Project Safer America." Mr. Uhalde, stated, "Your proposal for 'Project Safer America'--making it possible to electronically identify leased property--may be a viable entrepreneurial opportunity," January 10th, 1992

On May 19th, 1997, Stanley was elected into the International Poetry Hall of Fame by the National Library of Poetry, and was cited as One of the Best Poets of the 20th Century by the International Library of Poetry, in 1999.

And finally, Stanley Mathis is also the poet who penned America's Team, the poem, that the world famous Dallas Cowboys sold throughout their pro shops, in 1997. There are other programs I've authored, also.
